CANCELLATION POLICY AND FEES:

To respect the time and preparation of our tutor, we enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made within this period will incur a fee, which is 1.5 hours of the planned lesson for on-site sessions ($XX) and one hour for online sessions ($XX).

OPERATIONAL POLICIES:

• Prepayment Requirement: All tutoring sessions must be prepaid to confirm booking. This ensures that both the student and tutor are committed to the scheduled learning times.

• Scheduling and Booking: Current account holders can book sessions through the dedicated “schedule tutoring session” tab on our website. New clients will need to purchase tutoring credit prior to booking their first session.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND DISTRIBUTION:

The unauthorized distribution or recording of our tutoring sessions and course materials is strictly prohibited. Such actions are considered violations of intellectual property rights and could result in legal consequences.
